Verdict

TAKE A BOW is unlikely to fail through lack of fitness and the Chepstow bumper winner showed plenty of promise on his hurdling debut at Leicester. He probably has more scope than Gate Please and Anteros, though the latter came up against a decent novice at Chepstow last time and didn't go down without a fight. Rolling Maul won two bumpers here last summer but has been largely disappointing since switching to hurdles and winning pointer Kilcullen Article was well beaten on his hurdles bow.
