Verdict

Evan Williams has won the last two renewals but Apollo Creed and The Last Day, who run in the same colours, both have chasing pedigrees. Rebecca Curtis trained the winner in 2013 but her Durham Road is probably also best watched today. Nicky Henderson’s runners in bumpers usually know their job and DUKE DEBARRY is by Presenting and a half-brother to an Irish bumper winner. He fits the bill though Emperor's Hill, the first foal to race of a dual hurdles winner in Ireland, is also worth noting along with Know U Too Well and Astrapaios.
