Verdict

SURF AND TURF had a couple of anxious moments when well backed again at Worcester last week but was an easy winner in the end and it will take a good performance to lower his colours here, despite a penalty. True Blue's Worcester victory has been franked but he's conceding 8lb to the selection while Sporting Boy was beaten 17 lengths when second at Fakenham. Hodgson is high enough in the weights again while there looks to be little to choose between Evan Williams' pair Zama Zama and Bay Central but, in common with the others, both are likely to struggle in this.
