GATE PLEASE has already won a point-to-point and a bumper and will have learned plenty from his hurdling debut at Fontwell, where he probably came up against a decent novice. McCoy wasn't hard on him once the winner had flown and that kindness could be repaid here as he will probably enjoy a fitness advantage over likely market rival Copper Birch, who has his first run since finishing tailed off at Ascot in February. Evan Williams' charge did run At Fisher's Cross to just over two lengths here last season, however, and that is smart form. Berea Boru may be improving but is probably only competing for a place at best.
