In depth

Verdict

In the seller, Hart Of Gold is selected ahead of Arctic Desert and High Bray. Quite simply, official ratings point to High Bray and Hart Of Gold and both have excellent chances if retaining anywhere near the level of their best ability. The former, though, has been disappointing of late but the latter performed with credit at Catterick four days ago when fourth to Musical Beat. He can go well. As can Arctic Desert who, like the other two horses already mentioned, drops to this grade for the first time. He ran well on his latest start seven days ago when fifth to Arctic Desert at Yarmouth. The last time he ran in this company, Ceredig won and he could prove best of the rest but, for the selection, we will stick with Hart Of Gold.
