    Verdict

The experience of Dan Tucket should prove vital against the likes of Hobson and Secret Meaning. The market will be a big guide here, and most punters will no doubt lean towards Dan Tucket who made a promising debut when third of ten at Ripon a fortnight ago. With normal improvement, the son of Dansili should take all the beating. Eve Johnson-Houghton has made a terrific start to her training career, and so a careful eye should be kept on Hobson, a son of the flying Choisir, while the filly Secret Meaning is related to Niche on the dam's side, so will come into her own next year over a mile in all probability. As stated, this is a difficult one to weigh up with all bar Dan Tucket having run, and so the latter, who runs in the black colours of Tim Corby and his mates under the Box 41 moniker gets the vote.
