      Verdict

      Mandelieu is preferred to Just A Dancer and Swindon Town Flyer. The selection has yet to win a race but he did show ability in maidens at two and made an encouraging return to action at Newmarket last month. He raced a shade keenly that day but that run should have taken the fizz out of him and enable to see out this trip a little better. He wasn't beaten far into fourth and a similar performance should see him in the mix. Confidence behind the chances of Just A Dancer would be of interest. She has shown little in two starts this year but has form on soft ground and is well weighted on the pick of her juvenile form. Swindon Town Flyer won a claimer over course and distance on his penultimate start and can't be ruled out in a modest contest but Wynberg has plenty to prove on grass whilst Hobson has yet to race on ground any worse than good. Enodoc looks regressive and Liberty Belle was beaten a long way on her reappearance so the safest option would appear to be Mandelieu.
