Verdict

Dare To Bear is improving and contests his first handicap after running Chatterer to half-a-length over 1m2f at Lingfield last month. He makes more appeal than Astromagick and Brezza Di Mare, who produced a woeful effort over a longer trip at Nottingham last time. Drumadoon is better than he showed when favourite at Bath last month but we'll give another chance to FIRE FIGHTER. He, too, failed to oblige when market leader at Hamilton nine days ago but that effort confirmed he is still on an upward curve and he may be able to dominate this smaller field.
