        Verdict

        Quite a few of these have struggled since winning on the all-weather earlier. They include Maverik, dropped in both class and distance today having won twice at the start of the year. A dual winner on the Polytrack in May, Legal Legacy managed a third at this track before below par efforts on his last two starts, the latest on Friday, and Abigails Angel has looked too high in the weights since rattling up a hat-trick on the all-weather. ANNES ROCKET is the exception as he scored at Sandown on his latest start and with doubts surrounding his main rivals, Jimmy Fox's charge is taken to follow-up.
