Verdict

Current Climate is making his debut over fences after a long absence and Baroque Star has failed to finish in all but one of his last six starts. ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES completed a mid-summer hat-trick over hurdles before the handicapper got hold of him. He's been well beaten in his two most recent starts but can revert to chasing on a 14lb lower mark and first-time blinkers can galvanise him to another victory. Run To Fly is penalised for a scrambled victory on soft ground at Lingfield last week where he defied several bad mistakes. He has an obvious chance if jumping better and though Romney Marsh was beaten a long way in this a year ago she's better handicapped this time and a recent run over hurdles will have done her good.
