      Verdict

Plenty in with a chance including C&D winner Inef and May's Beverley winner Danderek. Eagle Nebula's three wins this season all came over a longer distance, though he was only beaten a head over track and trip in August, while Battle Of Britain has been placed in both starts since scoring at Yarmouth back in June. Medaille D'Or won here on her penultimate start beating Blue Spartan and could figure, while maiden winner Lifetime has scope for improvement. However a tentative vote goes to MISS AIX, who won't have to find much improvement on her recent close-up second at Ffos Las to land this.
