Verdict

Ange De Villez is not the most reliable but he does look the most likely winner here with I'm Lovin It and Romany Dream also considered. The selection has failed to complete on five of his last six starts, but when he did get round he won in impressive fashion and with this fast ground a massive plus for him he is taken as the percentage call. I'm Lovin It would have won last time out had he not unseated his rider two from home so he has to enter calculations tonight. However, his jumping is a big problem as he has blundered in his previous races as well so he is not one to place maximum faith in. Romany Dream was disappointing behind I'm Lovin It last time and although he is entitled to get closer to him on these revised terms, there is no reason to suggest that the placings will be reversed. Spanchil Hill is a pretty reliable jumper but he has yet to win a race and that sequence looks set to continue here. Ange De Villez might give backers some moments of concern but he still stands out as the the one to beat here.
