In depth

Verdict

The Wire Flyer is 1-22 and never threatened the winner when second at Plumpton last month, though has been dropped a further 2lb. Big 'n Better was a 100/1 chance when beating five rivals in a maiden here in March but Ballydoyle has decent claims, though is closely matched with GOOD BYE on their run together at Plumpton in March. Switched to Alan Jones’ yard after a close-up second behind a horse rated 111 in an Exeter seller last time, the latter can finally get his head in front over timber today. Josie Abbing might be the pick of the remainder.
