In depth

Verdict

Mous of Men, So Brash and Lit et Mixe make the shortlist here with Mous of Men getting the vote. Having shown only modest form in novice contests, Lit et Mixe ran well on his handicap bow to finish a close second. He seems well treated and can hit the frame again. So Brash was landing his third success when scoring at Exeter last time. Tried previously over fences without success, So Brash is game but this looks a tougher affair and he is passed over. Mous of Men hails from the in form Henrietta Knight yard and he should be sharper than when a close fourth on his seasonal debut last time. He is lightly raced, and finished off last season in good heart, so Mous of Men is taken to come on for the run and take this.
