Verdict

Stonemadforspeed made a bold bid to hold off Highbury High at Wincanton and the winner could give the form a boost earlier in the day. Lady From Geneva won here in November but her later form figures flatter her as she was beaten a long way. Generous Helpings makes too many mistakes but would have to go close if producing a clear round but ROCKNROBIN looks the one to be on. Tom Cannon was on board when he wasn't beaten far in a better class race here last month but not over hurdles at Towcester last time. Earls Fort came in for strong support at Southwell after a very long break but ran poorly and that doesn't look his form.
