In depth

Verdict

LAGANBANK looked just in need of hurdling experience when runner-up to Sublime Talent at Ballinrobe and the pair were well clear of the opposition. He's since won a bumper at Killarney and should make a winning return to hurdling. Serein has been a little disappointing since his first two runs over timber and will need to do better but Dowd's Angle's second to Natural High here was a fine effort before finding 2m4f on testing ground just too much for him at Roscommon. Dingaling proved himself more than a useful bumper but has been beaten a long way on both starts over timber.
