Verdict

Riven Light won this excellent prize a year ago but is now 16lb higher and several of those who were behind take him on again on much more favourable terms. They include Dream Walker, who reversed the form over 7f a few days later when narrowly beating his then stable companion Baraweez, who loves it around here and will like the conditions though appears best over the shorter trips. Turbine, fourth a year ago, has been going well on ground faster than he likes though is closely matched with Master Jennings on their run at Naas in May when the former carried a big weight to victory. It's 14 years since a three-year-old won but that could be about to change. Rionach is on a hat-trick though 12lb higher than his latest success but Bond Street looks certain to go well having run a cracking race in the Britannia Handicap at Ascot. BAND OF OUTLAWS overcame trouble in-running to land a tough handicap at the Curragh and a 5lb rise doesn't look excessive so he's taken to complete a double though the likes of the lightly-raced Inscribe, who has been waiting for the ground to ease, and the consistent Aussie Valentine, have to be considered in a hugely competitive event.
