Verdict

Arlecchino's Leap is upped in class off a higher mark after winning over track and trip last time with Pharmaceutical beaten less than a length and Plucky Dip also won a lower grade handicap at Catterick last week. Arnold Lane was third over track and trip last time when ahead of both Cincuenta Pasos and Czech It Out and Young John was placed in soft going at Haydock recently. GORING was well beaten from a poor draw in a higher grade than this at Chester last time. But he had gone close at Lingfield earlier when ahead of Easy Tiger and he gets the nod racing off the same mark today. Sir Billy Wright won over today’s trip at Chepstow last month but was only third at Doncaster on Friday evening.
