Verdict

Lesley's Choice arrives in fine form having recorded a double on the Polytrack last month though his last three wins on this surface were back in 2010 and all came in plating company. SEAMUS SHINDIG makes more appeal as he has a recent run under his belt and went close over C&D off today's mark in September on similar ground. Cut Across made a winning debut at Lingfield in February and could find enough improvement to figure on his handicap bow but Valmina's 8lb rise for a narrow margin win at Bath last month looks a bit harsh. First Class has won twice in lesser company at Kempton this year and will find this tougher but Madame Kintyre is no forlorn hope back on soft ground.
