In depth

Verdict

Oriental Fox probably ran better than expected when sixth in the Ebor and is starting to come down the weights again. Arty Campbell finally got off the mark on Turf at Chepstow last month and followed up at Kempton. St Michel has come into his own over staying trips this year and was a comfortable winner last time at Newmarket while Gang Warfare has been quite highly tried since rattling up a four-timer on the all-weather over the winter. PERCY VEER hasn't done much wrong this year and deserves a change of luck. He only found one too good over 2m5f here at the Festival last month though, like a few of these, will want a good gallop.
