Thekingofconnemara won this a year ago and has been lightly raced since though his two victories have come on soft ground. Buster Dan Dan is running very well and he won't mind the going though he's been raised 9lb for his victory at Listowel. ICY REPLY, three times a winner over hurdles, has been chasing and won at Galway last month. She landed a conditions race at Navan over timber last season when rated 126 and with a 1lb lower mark here she can score again. Her stable companion Escape Footwear had looked very progressive when scoring easily at Tramore but she finished tailed off on her next start at Listowel. Following victories in maiden and novice company, Tri Na Ceile has produced very good runs in handicaps and has more to offer but it's Guess Again who could prove a blot on this handicap.
