In depth

Verdict

Olympiad returned to action last May with a very good run in a strong Leopardstown maiden but wasn't seen again so presumably something wasn't right. EMOTIONAL DREAM is another who had a long absence after her run in April last year but she has the benefit of a recent outing having performed really well at Limerick last month and with that under her belt will take some beating. Statesmanship was just touched off in a Navan maiden by Tugboat in October, giving the impression there would ne more to come this campaign and he should be kept on the right side while Zafarqand wouldn't have been kept in training as an unraced four-year-old by John Oxx unless thought capable of winning races.
