MOUNT ABORA'S maiden success has been a long time coming but she had been threatening to win a race before finally getting her head in front at Cork and now in the winning groove she can defy a 6lb rise. Andalucia Lady is the only other entry with a recent victory to her credit and though she was behind the selection at Cork she can get closer over the slightly shorter trip and on 5lb better terms. Balladiene has raced over a variety of distances but should be better over this trip as her best runs have been when staying on over 7f. She's on a fair mark and must rate a big threat if fit enough on her reappearance. Pinnk was a big disappointment last season after making her debut behind subsequent Irish 1000 Guineas heroine Bethrah in April but a change of scenery could rekindle her enthusiasm.
