Ballybacka Queen's last two victories have been over 1m4f as was her second place in a Listed contest at Leopardstown in April so she may find a couple of these a bit quick for her. SHAMREEN wasn't beaten far in strong maidens at the Curragh and Leopardstown before coming here last month and making all over the trip. There should be more to come from Dermot Weld's filly and she gets the vote. Siamsaiocht, runner-up in a Listed contest at Dundalk in October, ran well for a long way in a Group 3 won by Now Or Never at Leopardstown and looks the main threat as French Blue will need to find more after her defeat by Mint Chai here in April.
