Shark Hanlon bought SMADYNIUM out of a Hexham seller and he's since won twice over fences. He can revert to hurdling on a 16lb lower mark and regular partner Rachael Blackmore's claim further enhances his chances. Bull Ride had looked very progressive before a moderate effort at Leopardstown where he didn't jump fluently but a better round could see him in the firing line. Futuramic has a poor strike-rate and though running his best race for a long time at Navan doesn't look one to trust but the four-year-old Soir De Chantenay, who completed a hat-trick in France last spring, has competed at Grade 2 and 3 level in his two starts for Gavin Cromwell and could be thrown in at the bottom of the handicap. Wood Breizh hasn't had much racing over the past couple of years but competed at a higher level than this a couple of years ago and will be better for his recent reappearance at Leopardstown.
