Champagne Pat ran his best race on soft ground at Ballinrobe and found the going too quick at Punchestown last time. Niven was in very good form on the Flat in the spring and ran well enough on his hurdling debut behind Landofhopeandglory at Fairyhouse to suggest he'll be winning soon. The lightly-raced Long Call wasn't far behind in that latter race and looks the type to do much better though Tony Martin also has two other runners and French recruit Tropic Thunder could come out best of the trio. Joseph O'Brien has a pair of entries with jockey bookings suggesting No Biggie could prove better than Ineffable at this stage but this can go to DAKOTA MOIRETTE, runner-up in a bumper in France on his only start to date and now with Gordon Elliott.
