CERTAIN PROMISE is a filly on the upgrade and she can complete a hat-trick here at the main expense of Action Impact, Tufton and Willkandoo. The selection had one previous try at this trip which met with defeat, but she was learning her trade then, and after wins at both Leicester and Yarmouth, she is full of confidence now and should be able to show a fair bit more for this 10 furlong trip, so we'll take her to maintain her improvement. Action Impact already has three Lingfield wins to his name over this trip and is very much a threat. This is a step up in grade for Gary Moore's gelding but there is every chance that he will run a big race. Tufton enjoyed himself with turf wins at Redcar and Haydock earlier in the summer and you can put a line through his latest effort when he was stuck in the mud, so he is not ruled out. Fanstasy Princess went well at Folkestone over this trip, which will surely be the limit of her stamina, and the dame can be said of Aboriginie, who might find this tougher than his latest maiden outing. Another tough handicap then and we'll side with Certain Promise.
