CITY STABLE won well last time and he looks a good bet to follow-up today; the list of dangers is headed by Benhego and Neve Lieve. The selection was good value for his winning margin last time over this course and distance. He finished like a steam train from well off the pace in that race, and if he is ridden a bit closer to the leaders today then he should be hard to stop. Benhego won over 2m here last time, but he has also got form over today's distance so the drop in trip should not be a problem. He hails from a shrewd yard so if there is market support then it could pay to take the hint. Louis-philippe Beuzelin will try and make the running on Neve Lieve but this filly has yet to race over this trip and she may be found wanting at the business end of the race. Sweet Lightning is consistent enough but he is another that has it all to prove over this trip. Le Brocquy is lightly-raced and could be open to further improvement, but this does look a good opportunity for City Stable who holds rock solid claims.
