Verdict

The way WELL INFORMED won at Kempton last time suggested that she could add to her tally and we will side with her here, while Darley Star and Keep Your Distance can also go well. The selection had more in hand than the official one length margin suggested at Kempton last time and now drops back in trip to 10f. That should not be a problem, the Polytrack suits, and we'll take the in-form runner to follow up. Darley Star was just touched off by BA Dreamflight over course and distance a week ago and this trip looks ideal. She has gone up 2lb for that run but can remain very competitive. Keep Your Distance could not be described as a pacy sort and is still a maiden after 13 attempts. He is worth trying at this trip for the first time, after largely being campaigned over a mile, though he still looks in need of a drop in the weights before winning. King Of Connacht is back over his optimum trip and is 7lb below his last winning mark, so he has to be respected. Hallings Overture likes it here but is another needing a favour from the assessor and in a poor opener we'll side with Well Informed.
