Verdict

This should prove to be a very competitive handicap, with new fewer than six course and distance winners taking to the turf but it is BUY ON THE RED we expect to be ahead at the post with Imperial Sword and Conjecture is close pursuit. The selection has been coming to the boil of late and shaped as though a return to winning ways was imminent when second over seven furlongs last time. Imperial Sword has a win over course and distance to his name - albeit three years ago - while Conjecture ran with credit on his first start of the campaign last time and should have come on for that.
