      Verdict

The market is sure to provide the best guide here as all eight runners make their racecourse debuts, but with Mark Johnston in form now, Dunlea Dancer must be on the shortlist. The son of Groom dancer only cost 11,000gns but has been impressing in home work, and although related to four winners over further distances, can make an immediate impact. Wares Home cost even less than Dunlea Dancer but is also quite well-bred, as the dam is a daughter of Irish 1,000 Guineas third Pepi Image. Alan Berry can normally be relied upon to have some speedy youngsters so Birikina and Komash will no doubt be placed to good effect in time.
