        Verdict

        Gadobout Dancer hacked up at Newcastle and gets to run off a pound lower mark here so is the obvious starting point, but that race was as bad as they come and she's untried on the ground. With that in mind we'll look towards the other end of the weights and QUEEN'S SCHOLAR, a horse whose best efforts have all coincided with ground no quicker than good. That sequence includes a course and distance second two starts back and she's only a pound higher now. Forks is interesting on his handicap bow as his conqueror last time has shown form that'd make this rating of 65 look fair, North Central's latest second came in a weak affair and the form has been let down while Verluga put a bad run behind her when narrowly beaten into fifth at Newcastle but she's unproven on ground, while it also remains to be seen whether the blinkers work once more.
