Verdict

Equiaire and Indian Champ were both well beaten on their respective debuts so one of the newcomers may well prove good enough. Any strong support for Intruder should be noted and Edgar Balthazar's yard have a decent strike rate with two-year-old runners at the track, but GEORGE BAILEY's pedigree is littered with speed and it's Bryan Smart's colt that gets the nod to make a winning start.
