Verdict

CHEVALIER DU LAC was upped in class at Musselburgh last time having won easily at Wetherby earlier. Today’s penalty is offset by an apprentice’s allowance so John Quinn’s charge should go close again. Ripon winner Cuppacoffee was well beaten at Chester subsequently and Harome is also penalised for a narrow-margin win over track and trip last time. Pulsating went close at Catterick recently and Kodi da Capo drops in class.
