GOTTCHER has only joined Keith Dalgleish this season and, after a couple of fair runs, really produced the goods at Musselburgh on Wednesday, making most and coming home powerfully for an easy victory. He was on his lowest ever mark and a 6lb penalty shouldn't be enough to prevent a quick follow-up. Saxonette won a seller here in July and has been consistent in handicaps subsequently while Ambitious Icarus ended a long losing run at Nottingham last week and his penalty is almost negated by the claim of Philip Prince. Rio's Girl has dropped to a winnable mark, her lowest for a very long time, and with Shirley Teasedale claiming her 5lb allowance Tony Coyle's mare could go well at a big price.
