Verdict

CHEVETON won this in 2009 and took the notable scalp of Hoof It off a higher mark over C&D a little less than 12 months ago. This is his time of year and he is expected to reverse July running at Ascot with Medici Time on better terms en route to landing this for this second time under Silvestre De Souza. Zero Money won at Newmarket on his latest start but tries 5f for the first time off a 6lb higher mark and may find a few of these too speedy. Falasteen could figure if returning to his best, but Hazelrigg still looks too high in the weights though did finish ahead of Master Rooney, Your Gifted and Courageous at Doncaster last time. Tom Dascombe's three-year-olds, Ballista and Julius Geezer, have proved a little disappointing this term so Secret Millionaire may prove best of the rest.
