        Verdict

        An interesting race to close the card at Haydock and although the unexposed Tree Peony is very much respected on this first try at a mile, she is unlikely to represent much value so Polly Plunkett is the sporting suggestion to end the evening with a decent-priced winner. The selection is holding her form well at present has done little wrong in defeat against some quality opposition in her last three starts. Swift Alchemist and Allegrina are others who should not be too far away. But Polly Plunkett's proven resolution at this trip just edges the vote over Tree Peony tonight.
