MONT RAS never figured in the Buckingham Palace at last month's Ascot but had beaten today's rival Dubai Hills over track and trip in May. He's taken to confirm running with the latter and go in again. The inconsistent Ardmay has strong claims on his earlier victory in better company at Ripon but Lord of The Dance will do well to defy a penalty for last week's win in a lower grade handicap at Carlisle. The enigmatic Kingscroft pops up when he's in the mood and wears his owner's first colours ahead of Ewell Place, who went close over course and distance on his penultimate start.
