There are plenty with claims in this so SET THE TREND only gets a tentative vote. He started the season on a 21lb higher mark and a much better effort at Windsor two runs ago suggests he may be ready to strike. Imaginary World and Kyllachy Star are recent winners over 7f but both stay today's longer trip while Starlight Serenade and Hala Hala have been threatening to get their heads in front of late. Hostile Fire found 1m2f beyond him last time but scored over a mile at Windsor before that and top weight Oddysey is not without a chance off her current mark.
