Verdict

Cape Rising showed good battling qualities to come out best over C&D last time. It was soft ground on that occasion, however, and BLAZING FIELD is preferred. After three starts over longer trips so far this season, Clive Cox' filly can get her head back in front dropping back down a couple of furlongs. Ashiri finished behind The Lock Master, who runs in the previous race, at Doncaster last time and can figure while Daring Indian is worth a try over today's distance after going very close over 1m4f at Leicester last month. Hawkeshead is lightly-raced but inconsistent and The Bells O Peover is not easy to predict either.
