In depth

Verdict

Regal Parade is a dual Group 1 winner and was second in this last year. He won a handicap at York in October to end a long losing run but hasn't sparkled so far this term. Royal Rock also has the past form to figure but is another who doesn't win very often nowadays while Boomerang Bob hasn't won since his debut on the all-weather as a two-year-old, though was placed in a Group 2 in Germany on his final start last year. Leicester third Burwaaz has a squeak but we prefer MEZMAAR, who has been off the track for 18 months but was a smart juvenile and could be the interesting one here if Charles Hills has coaxed him back to his best.
