          Verdict

          There is little to choose between Bali Royal and Henry Hall on York form earlier in the month but the former, who previously had several of thes behind when a close second at Thirsk in April, may well confirm the placings. My American Beauty was further back in eighth and may struggle to reverse the form on just 2lb better terms. Rud's Pet is not the force of old but showed last time that he still retains the ability to go close at this level while Halmahera is thrown in on his best but has become frustrating and is on a long losing sequence. Fromsong, who has conditions in his favour may prove best of the remainder at a fair price.
