      Verdict

Search For The Key looks bred well enough to make an impact on his debut in this maiden but with a slightly progressive profile we prefer SWEET MIRASOL with Petougg the only other we give serious thought about. Finishing in the places at Hamilton on her last start was a big improvement on the selection's first effort and with the form beginning to unfold favourably from that contest she should be able to go better on ground that suits. Search For The Key is a newcomer for Paul Cole's yard who picked him up for 26,000 guineas. There are plenty of winners in the family and with many of those winning as a juvenile there's every chance of a smart debut. Petougg cost less than half the amount of his closest unraced rival and while his pedigree is not as eyecatching some of his relation have made an impact early in their careers so he is entitled to follow. This maiden won't take much winning so the newcomers can go well but with form in the book Sweet Mirasol is taken to win it.
