In depth

Verdict

Brads House should be well up to defying a penalty over the likes of Swift Sailor, Dream Alive and Pseudonym. Brads House has slowly but surely been getting the hang of things over timber, and it was no surprise when he finally came good at Fontwell recently. He may well have won a little easier had he not hung to the right in the closing stages, and so his task will be helped by the fact that he now goes in a clockwise direction. Swift Sailor pulled much too hard when eventually finishing down the field in the race won by Double Vodka at Aintree, and this drop in class should help his cause. Dream Alive was no great shakes on the all-weather but is sure to have been well schooled, and along with Swinton also-ran Pseudonym, can ensure that Brads House does not have things all his own way. However, John O'Shea's charge should be up to the task.
