Nice Horse, Mister Sher and Ockley Flyer are three against the field in a competitive novices hurdle and the vote is given to Nice Horse. The selection was a fair fourth behind Mr Starchan last time out. That form looks solid and with the step up in trip sure to suit he looks the one to be on. Mister Sher rates the main danger as he won well last time out when beating Forest Miller but this looks more competitive and he will need to improve again to defy his penalty. Ockley Flyer is another worthy of respect on his best form but he disappointed for no apparent reason last time out so can not be put forward with any confidence. Of the remainder Goodnight Tom is from a yard in form and could go well at a price but for the winner we return to Nice Horse in the hope that first time blinkers improve him.
