Sunday In The Park did much better at Lingfield last month but was due to run yesterday at Plumpton. Piton Pete has been placed in his last five runs in bumpers and over hurdles but has become frustrating. Cold As Ice has a lengthy absence to overcome but showed some ability on his racecourse debut and Rock My Style clearly didn’t give his true running at Uttoxeter when last seen and shouldn’t be written off just yet. SUNSET SHOWDOWN is a half-brother to winning hurdler/chaser Definite Ruby and has already won a point-to-point. Heavily punted in a Chepstow bumper in November, he never looked like winning but this is a more suitable test.
