In depth

Verdict

Scots Dragoon can overcome an absence to score at the expense of Mistified, Particle and Lockstone Lad to name but a few. Scots Dragoon has yet to open his account after four starts, but big things will be expected of him this term. A half-brother to Scots Grey and Coral Island, he is sure to have been well prepared, and can make the most of the weight that he receives from Mistified. The latter has been in good form of late, but saves his best efforts for Fontwell. Particle is another that is going the right way, and first-time cheekpieces may enable him to shrug off his burden, while Lockstone Lad also has the aids applied for the first time, and is worth a mention. This should not take that much winning, and Scots Dragoon should be followed this term.
