In depth

Verdict

Matmata de Tendron, Top Cloud and Dinnie Flanagan are three against the field in this competitive handicap chase and the vote is given to Dinnie Flanagan. The selection was a fair fourth behind Snoopy Loopy last time out and would have been closer but for making a mistake and in the hope that he puts in a fluent round of fencing he looks a value bet in an open affair. Matmata de Tendron rates the main danger as he is in the form of his life of late and would not have been far away but for being unshipping last time out but this looks tougher and at likely odds he looks worth taking on. TopCloud is another worthy of respect on his latest third behind In Accord but he has had plenty of chances of similar marks without taking one and again he looks vulnerable. Orki Des Aigles would have place claims on his best form but he has disappointed of late so he can not be put forward with much confidence and with this in mind for the winner we return to Dinnie Flanagan.
