In depth

Verdict

Lawtop Legend is having a first run over fences for Richard Newland and is only a pound higher than when scoring over hurdles at Plumpton. Gameface was also a winner over the smaller obstacles last month while Gun Merchant has improved with every run since joining Alison Hamilton. REAL ARMANI probably wasn’t suited by dropping back to 2m4f here last time. He might settle better back over this longer trip and may not have finished winning just yet.
