Verdict

Midnight Monty has a penalty for winning at Doncaster in March but has kept better company since. Halcyon Days, on the other hand, steps up a grade though has been placed in four of his six chase starts. Hit The Top still has plenty to prove after a lay-off while So Satisfied makes his chasing debut having pulled up last time over hurdles at Kelso. PISTOL PARK won over hurdles in France and was placed in both starts over fences in Ireland for previous connections – he can make a winning start for Brian Ellison.
